In order to beat Covid-19 we must all play our part to prevent the disease from spreading further.

By protecting yourself, you can help save the lives of others. Here is some important advice for you to follow.
Wash your hands more frequently with soap for 20 seconds to kill the virus
Maintain social distancing and limit travel to help stop the virus spreading
Cover your mouth when coughing and sneezing, then wash your hands
Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth to reduce chance of infection
Follow the expert medical advice and protocols in your country to keep everyone safe

We must act together, to protect the most vulnerable in society and save lives. Take part in our 40 Neighbours initiative to make a positive difference in the lives of people around you.

As part of this campaign, our volunteer teams across the world will be putting together local initiatives to help communities. This will include providing support for mental wellbeing, as well as helping the homeless. The time to act is now.
